Another Walk Down Memory Lane

One of my favorite 180DTS covers from back when. This was the cover for February 2001, shortly after King Roy Rat Barnes arbitrarily changed the Georgia flag (and was subsequently thrown out of office by the voters). Look closely and you can see Kerosene Billy's ghostly face above the city skyline. (Click image for a larger view.)

  1. Barnes did cave to the real racists Connie, but the ones that designed the new flag pulled off a great flanking maneuver on the NAACP. The current flag is more Confederate than the earlier one was!

  3. In 2002, Sonny Perdue was elected Governor of Georgia, partially on a platform of allowing Georgians to choose their own flag in a state referendum. The Georgia legislature to draft a new flag in 2003. Roy Barnes and Sonny Perdue are jackasses, in my opinion.
