A Couple of Questions for BParks

I will have more to say about and to BParks and her comment that appears following They Keep Pushing and Pushing and Pushing, but I'm busy right now, so I'll just pose a couple of questions to her.
1. What liberties "proposed" by the U.S. Constitution do I "blindly rage against?"

I suppose it's too much to ask, but I would appreciate your identifying them by either Article, Section and Paragraph, or Amendment Number. Also, kindly link to an example of said blind raging. One example will do, although you can include more, if you like.

2. What rapists do I and/or have I supported?

I suppose it is too much to ask, but I would appreciate your identifying them by name, linking to proof of their crime (a report in a reliable news outlet will do), and linking to my support of them.
I suppose hell will freeze over before I get an answer to these questions, but since she made the claims, I thought I'd request specifics.

  1. No secrets here. The Constitution not only garauntees freedom for all but says nothing about the nationalism you seem to defend. There is no forced language or culture requirements. This is a melting pot and all are equal. Even anti-American sentiment is protected. No one is forced to salute a particular flag, or sing an anthem or say a pledge. You don't like that. You want your beliefs and language to become a requirement and that goes against the whole American way. And in regards to your other comment, you know what ypu have stated about rape accusers. Also you idolize slave owners and soldiers who raped African American women held in bondage as well as some white southern women to I suspect.

    I don't? I don't salute any flag, I don't sing any anthem and I don't say any pledge, or put my hand over my heart. Why on earth would I want to force others to do what I don't do? If people want to do that, fine with me. If they don't want to do it, fine with me.

    You want your beliefs and language to become a requirement and that goes against the whole American way.

    Link to where I have advocated such? I simply don't want my culture overrun and wiped out -- and I have good and logical reasons for wanting that.

    And in regards to your other comment, you know what ypu have stated about rape accusers.

    I have stated that they are accusers and remain accusers until and unless they are proven to be victims -- which means until the accused are proved to be rapists. I believe in the presumption of innocence. Do you? A person is not a rapist just because some accuser says he is. It has to be proved. Do you have a problem with that? Do you think men should be arrested and sent to prison on the say-so of some accuser? And what if they are falsely accused, and did not rape anybody? Should they still be arrested and imprisoned without due process? That is the notion implied in calling an accuser a rape victim before it is proved.

    Now, what rapists have I defended?

    Got a link to said idolization? Got a link to reliable, primary historical documentation of said rapes?

    If you're going to make accusations about me, you need to be prepared to substantiate them. Otherwise, you're stating your opinion, which is worth ... exactly nothing. I have quite a body of writing on my blogs, in my novels and on Facebook. They can all be electronically searched, so you have no excuse for not proving what YOU SAY I have said (like "idolization" of slave owners/rapists).

    Now. Since you didn't answer them, I'll ask again:

    1. What liberties "proposed" by the U.S. Constitution do I "blindly rage against?"(BTW, they're not "proposed" by the Constitution. They're SECURED by it.)
    2. What rapists do I and/or have I supported?

  3. BParks has said I continually present a slanted agenda that is in direct contrast to the U.S. Constitution and I blindly rage against the very liberties it proposes (although it doesn't really propose liberties, it secures the blessings of liberty).

    I asked her to identify the constitutional liberties I "rage" against, by Article, Section and Paragraph, or by Amendment number, and she didn't. To help her out, I have copied all the passages in the Constitution that contain the word "liberty." ("Liberties," the plural form, is not found).

    LIBERTY

    From The Preamble

    We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

    Article V:

    That's it. Those are all the places where "liberty" appears in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Amendments.

    Folks, let's help BParks out here. People who read my blog, books or Facebook, identify where I have raged against depriving somebody of their liberty without due process.

Thinking that BParks might be confusing liberties with rights, I did a search of that term, and here are all the passages in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Amendments where that word appears. The search was done in my browser, Firefox, so if it missed any, leave a comment about it.

    Did you mean rights instead of liberties, BParks? If so, which of these rights have I blindly raged against, and please link to said blind raging. Thanks.

  6. LOL. You can try and distract all you can Connie. The bottom line is you long for a white-English-dominant country where your antiquated vision of American nationalism is favored. You are anti-multiculturalism, anti-diversity, anti-bilingual, anti-immigrant, etc.. The Founders were racist capitalists too so I can see where you get your misconceptions from. Thankfully the country has progressed toward a more tolerant and inclusive nation where everyone is welcome regardless of culture or origins.

      Distract? I just proved you to be a liar. How do you know what I long for? Did you call Miss Cleo? Consult a crystal ball? Throw chicken bones? Maybe the voices in your head told you? Obviously, it had to come from sources like that, since you didn't hear it from me and could not offer a scintilla of objective substantiation for your claims from anything I have written.

      What I'm against, BParks, is the leftist destruction of the country. We are not heading for a place where we all gather round Mt. Shasta to hold hands and sing Kumbaya. I find it difficult to believe that a responsible adult can believe your pie-in-the-sky vision will result from what you espouse. Under leftist influence, what the country is "progressing toward" is economic collapse, third world wretchedness and Balkanistic fragmentation. It's cool to be "in" now, but you're not going to like the reality of what you're helping to bring about.

    Bottom line: I welcome progress. Most of the country does too and recent elections show a radically changing country. Out with the old ways and in with the new. That's how we evolve as a nation into a better nation. Civil rights are being followed by gay rights. Gender equality is being followed by economical equality. Barriers continue to be broken and wrongs are being righted now more than ever.

    We believe this is all for the betterment of mankind. You don't. Keep living in the past and longing for a mythological world that never existed in the first place.

    1. Radically changing country, huh? You know, going from indigestion to stomach cancer is a radical change. That doesn't make it good.

      We're not evolving into a better nation. We're degenerating. Homosexual "rights" is an attack on the family. "Gender equality" is an attack on men. What's being broken is decency and morality and many wrongs are being perpetrated.

      A million dead babies a year. The "war on terror" an excuse to infringe upon the people's Fourth Amendment rights..Education sacrificing teaching/learning for social experimentation, and turning out more dumb down people every year. We have a president who is deliberately bankrupting the economy. The powers that be are fostering dependence on the state, and worhip of the state. A state that is 16 trillion plus dollars in debt. The federal government incresingly turning on the people, becoming more and more totalitarian. Cops are less like peace officers and more like combat troops let loose on the people....

      Nope, the progressive agenda surely isn't for the betterment of mankind.

    2. Apologies for the typos in the above post. Getting used to the new wireless keyboard. Keys have a different feel than what I'm used to -- their sensitivity is different. You sometimes press a key thinking it put the character on the screen, but it didn't. Sometimes it puts the character twice. And as many writers will tell you, they can't effectively proof their own work, as they know what it is supposed to say, so that is what their eye "sees" unless the error is blatant. There may be an adjustment for keyboard sensitivity in the control panel. Otherwise, its a matter of putting up with typos until I get used to the new feel. Thank you. ~The Mgmt

  8. Bparks is hard to follow. She LOVED, I mean she LOVED, the coke ad, which featured 8 languages in its grubby song. And in this post she explicitly excoriates an English dominant society. Yet every single word she has written, every single letter, has been in English. And not only what she has hysterically scribbles here, but also what she screams over at the all-white, English dominant blog Crossroads. What the heck is Bparks doing frequenting a lily-white English-dominant blog site? Could is be that she is little more than another vulgar, unlettered, loud-mouthed, limousine-liberal do-as-I-say-and-not-as-I-do hypocrite? A ridiculous and spectacular fraud without an ounce of intellectual integrity or honesty in her entire ontology? Yes, by the way, is the obvious answer.
