Question for Bleedin' Heart Liberal Floggers

I'd love to hear flogger answers to this. Of course, the big guns pretend to not read Backsass, only the small fry like Rob and Corey visit here. But I'd love to see Simpson, Levin, Hall and Mackey answer this. I know they'll see the question; they show up regularly in my visitor log.

Heck, I'd even like to see LibertyLamp take a stab at it. .

You don't have to answer here, fellows. You can do it on your own blog.

So, here's the question (in statement form):

Describe for me the horrors of South African apartheid, 
from 1948 to 1994.

    Connie, I myself do not support segregation in any way, shape, or form, especially when "separate but equal" status usually ends up being anything but. Segregation and Apartheid both deserve to be cast upon the ashheap of history.

    That being said, I also believe as Ghandi once said: "An eye for an eye only makes the whole world blind." Meaning, in this case, that if acts of oppression under minority rule in South Africa was indeed bad, then acts of oppression under majority rule today is just as bad and should be condemned the same as any other act of oppression regardless of the skin color of the people committing said oppression.

    Why 1948? Apartheid went on a lot longer, that's just the year it became official government policy on paper.

    Hey, they should know a lot about apartheid...

    School.......% of black students
    Corey's school- 0%
    Levin's school- 0%
    Arizona State (Simpson)- 2 or 3% (iirc)
    Rob's school- about 5% (in a county that's 24% black)

    Good comment Border Ruffian...if it were true.

    The school I work at is less than 50% white, with a 20% black population. (Figures based on the 2011-2012 School Year)

    I didn't check the school demographics but based it on the population of Suwanee.
